Don Ramer is CEO and founder of Arbita, Inc., the RPO with an exit strategy. He is a highly respected thought leader and 30-year veteran of nearly every battlefield in the Talent Wars who has become a regular contributor to ERE Media, Inc., Online Recruitment Magazine (onrec.com), Kennedy Information, the Pinnacle Society and the Recruiting Roadshow, as well as a recognized keynote speaker at recruiting conferences and trade shows.
Ramer’s expertise and counsel have been leveraged by global organizations and individuals in support of executive search, staffing management, career counseling, employment management consulting, international and strategic business development, media planning, change management and thought leadership. Before founding Arbita in 2006, Ramer was founder and CEO of Recruit USA, Inc.; staffing director for Oracle’s Education Division; an innovator and solutions development leader at HelpWantedUSA; staffing director at Ericsson Network Systems and CEO and partner of the Employment Management Group.

Mr. Steckerl is a global recruiting leader who has developed a way to successfully transform recruitment teams by embedding key talent identification and engagement initiatives. The distinctive breakthrough in his approach has been institutionalizing sustainable competitive advantages which have allowed Global Fortune 100 companies to maintain leadership in their sector based solely on their talent.
Often compared to a shot of adrenalin for recruiters held back by confusion, hesitation or fear, Mr. Steckerl is passionate about encouraging people to experiment in their search for talent and color outside the lines with audacity. Because of an unparalleled obsession with talent sourcing, and a continuous drive to probe for practical solutions where nobody has looked before, many say he delivers the courage recruiting leaders need to walk the edge to success in today’s over-informed world.
Mr. Steckerl graduated with a dual Bachelor of Science degree from Rochester Institute of Technology. Raised in Colombia, South America, he is a native Spanish speaker who now resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his lovely lobster-eating Mainer wife and two perfectly sweet and gorgeous little angels.

Margaret Klis is a certified public accountant with over 20 years’ experience working with small and large businesses in a variety of industries. She graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in accounting. Margaret strives to maintain fiscal responsibility, efficient processes and financial controls in an environment of creativity and keen focus on our clients.

Rob Delp
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Rob is a collaborative and intuitive sales professional whose rich and varied background in the talent management marketplace has cultivated keen business acumen and a thorough understanding of customer needs and demands. Rob has a strong talent for identifying and aligning the right recruitment process solutions for any client’s specific challenges.
Before joining Arbita in mid-2010, Rob was a senior enterprise sales executive for HRsmart, specializing in enterprise talent management software solutions. In only two years, Rob increased HRsmart’s client base in the Southwest by 50 percent.
Rob previously was a regional sales executive with Sample Digital Media Services in Hollywood, Calif., where, among other successes, he initiated third-party content aggregation deals with iTunes, TiVo, Netflix, Hulu and mSpot, and sold digital asset management tools to studios and production companies.
For four years, Rob was a producer for TruEntertainment, leading all phases of the filmmaking process of feature films, from development to completion. He also independently developed and produced the feature film Trainwreck: My Life as an Idiot, starring Seann William Scott.
Rob earned his bachelor of arts degree from the School of Cinema-Television at the University of Southern California.

Tim Ellerbrock
Director of Operations
Having a background in customer service, Tim has brought several years of client services and technical support experience since his start with Arbita during 2004. As the Director of Operations, Tim has been the primary contact for Arbita's support center and technical-related projects for the company and its customers. With a strong background of Arbita's systems, analytical and technical expertise, Tim has successfully guided and advised companies towards reaching their goals with their technical platforms via Arbita's suite of solutions.
Tim currently holds a degree in Computer Networking and Telecommunications, and has also received an accreditation as being certified in Network Support and Administration. Tim is continuing his education towards his next degrees in MIS and MMIS, in addition to strengthening his knowledge in the field of information security.
